J'avais déjà fait un petit post sur ma plume fétiche : le Platinum Carbon pen,(lire ici) dont la largeur de traits (au pluriel car elle varie selon qu'on appuie plus ou moins ou en le retournant), la légèreté, la prise en main, bref tout me convient à merveille pour dessiner.
J'ai surtout été séduit par le séchage très rapide de l'encre et la possibilité s'aquareller rapidement et sans bavure.
I had already done a little post about the Platinum Carbon pen (read here), wich offers a width of lines (plural because it varies depending on the pressure you make or using it returned), lightness, a good grip.. In fact, everything suits me perfectly to draw with this object.
I was particularly impressed by the quick drying ink and the ability to quickly put watercolor after drawing.

Et après des années de pages noircies avec la Carbon ink noire, je me suis offert, ô folie, un flacon d'encre sépia dans une nouvelle plume, et j'avoue être séduit .
La possibilité d'aquareller est la même qu'avec l'encre noire, mais l'encre est moins intense et offre plus de douceur au trait et du coup une ambiance complètement différente.
Et allez savoir pourquoi, avec cette couleur là, je dessine plus vite... étonnant, non?
And after years of pages blackened with black Carbon ink, I offered myself, ô madness, a sepia ink bottle with a new pen, and I confess being seduced.
The possibility of using watercolor with the sepia color is the same as black ink, but the ink is less intense and offers more gentle line and a completely different atmosphere.
And for some reasons I can't explain, with this color, I draw faster ... amazing, right?
